Bedding Material Spreader

The spreader truck is a vehicle developed by our company for spreading materials. It's a high-efficiency spreader mounted on various high-quality light truck chassis, equipped with a spreading device. Its main function is to evenly spread materials. Its working principle involves the truck's power driving the gearbox, which in turn rotates the conveyor auger via the drive shaft. This transports material from the hopper to the spreading nozzle. Simultaneously, the discharge gate opens and the hydraulic motor starts, driving the spreading mechanism to rotate at high speed, spreading the material to one side of the spreader. Combined with the vehicle's uniform movement, this creates a uniform spreading zone. The amount and distance of material spread are adjustable.

It is mainly used for the targeted spreading of pasture bedding and bait, and can spread various fine materials such as hay, rice husks, dried cow dung, sawdust, and sand. It is easy to operate, improves production efficiency, and reduces the labor intensity of workers.
